So finally I received the activation code of iPhone Developer Program from Apple, but after I submit the activation form at iPhone Dev Center, I got an error saying:
We are unable to process your request.
After several attempts I realize that I have to e-mail ADC China for support again. What a system they’re building.
Hi there, I have got the same problem with activating my iPhone Dev Account here in germany. I called apple today and they told me, that they have problems with the activation codes and that they will call me back when the problem with my activation is solved.
They couldn’t tell me how long this takes, so we simply have to wait…

Hi Steve,
If you’ve received an activation code like 1234-5678-ABCD-EFGH and failed to activate it, try use another form 12345678ABCDEFGH to enter your code in the activation form, then it may work.
At least that’s what worked for me finally.

I have a activation problem too. The first time I tried to activate, it told me there was a problem.
When I try to activate again I get the message “this activation code has previously been used and may not be used again”.
Email support did not respond to my requests.
