－瑕疵描述： 当拖动卡片不放时（ drag and hold ） 卡片的 frame 会一闪一闪的
－就像边缘停留在原处 时隐时现（我测试的设备： 6 和 5s ）
－求大神给个解决方案 （最好拿真机测试，模拟器看不出来这个瑕疵）
－小白我用 OC 照着重写了一份（为了适配低版本的 iOS ），并不知道问题出在哪里！
