macOS 中文输入法经常输入退格键

问题描述和这个一样： https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode-cpptools/issues/1271 不知道为什么经常会输入退格，在 vscode 里面还显示不出来。 有遇到类似问题的吗？有什么好的解决办法？
