这是 powershell 版的 ssh deny host，
支持 centos7，centos8，debian9，Ubuntu1604，Ubuntu1804
脚本本身支持 debian10，但是在 debian10 上安装 powershell 还稍有麻烦，需要你手动安装 powershell。

用任务计划 每分钟执行即可。
