看了一下 reddit 的稿子，虽然是正版用户，还是默默卸载了。
虽然我有 little snitch 已经关闭这玩意儿的联网权限。但 Reddit 的用户跟贴说这个帮助有限，有很多种方法来绕开。
当前用的 hidden bar, 免费，App Store 。 没有 bar tender 那样好用，先对付着吧。
