买不了 Github copilot 是怎么回事

我购买 github copilot 填完 Billing information 后，显示

“You can't proceed with your payment

There appears to be an issue with the billing information. We're looking into it and will send you an update within 48

hours. Thank you for your patience.”

是怎么回事，有遇到过这种问题的朋友吗

不会吧，我就是用国内银行的 visa 信用卡，能正常扣款啊

@jadeborner 不是绑卡的原因，是我 billing information 这个填的国内的地址导致的，我换了我另外一个小号填的美国的地址就可以了
