101.229 是内网？难怪我拨到这个网段跑 pt 没限速的

应该不是，我 101.229.x.x 的地址，在 pt 网站个人信息里面能看到，甚至能看到我上一次拨号的不同的 101.229.x.x 的 ip 地址。
而且我试了外面的话，输入我的地址加上我设置的端口号可以远程桌面进来
