有最近申请过 JetBrains 开源项目许可证的吗？

已经用了两年，1 月 26 日申请续期，目前还没结果。以前好像也没有这么久时间。处理时间变得好长，旧许可证都过期了。

大家都是这样吗？

感觉要求越来越严格，之前都是维护三个月即可续签，最近要 6 个月以上

以前会提前发要求续期的邮件，并且可以换项目地址，今年什么都没有，到期后只发邮件要求付费续订，落款是 JetBrains Shanghai / 捷并思（上海）信息技术有限责任公司

Over the past few years, our Open Source Program has helped numerous projects thrive. As JetBrains has grown, we’re evolving the program to focus on partnering with a smaller group of projects that broadly impact the developer community and the open-source ecosystem.

This means that starting next year, we won’t be able to renew your OSS development license. We understand this is a change, and to thank you for your past participation and contributions, we’ve extended your current All Products Pack license for one more year.
