我们部门新搞了一个支撑全公司的系统，我作为外部的架构师给他们做系统评审时，建议他们升级到 17 ，然后被妥妥的拒绝，其实也能理解他们的想法，不过从长远看，现在 8 已经落后好几年了，这个系统还要存活 10 来年吧，想想后边接手的人就觉得太惨了，一堆的安全漏洞没法修复，安全的人天天找他们

虽然从技术角度上来说, 不应该如此保守, 应该多学多跟进新技术的浪潮. 但是事实上这些用 Java 8 的企业才是真正的稳定. 不随便裁员, 也不随便迭代技术. 虽然技术都是十多年前的, 但相应的, 人员也都是十多年的. 在这种地方上班就是图一个字: 稳. 反正都是上班, 稳定大于一切. 你 Java 17 18 24 有啥用呢? 技术迭代的频, 人员迭代的也频.

@sagaxu 你应该是对的，我回想起来我以前写池子池化的一般是资源连接而不是虚拟线程或者 goroutine 之类的。限制并发办法的确很多。

迁移到 jdk21 后发现新特性也就那样，模式匹配、record 、增强 switch 看起来好用了一点点
但是相比于 kotlin ，感觉 java 太弱小了，kt 真香.jpg
