Role 1: Senior Web Developer
Focus: Marketing Site + Content Tools
Location: Shenzhen (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time
What you’ll do
You will own two major areas (both critical):
1) Marketing Site
- Build and continuously optimize the company website, landing pages, campaign pages, brand pages, and purchase-related pages
- Focus on performance, SEO, accessibility, and conversion — not just visual polish
- Work closely with marketing and design to ship fast, validate quickly, and iterate continuously
2) Content / Productivity Tools
- Build internal tools for content and operations teams to improve content creation and publishing efficiency
- Use Web technologies + Python to build content tools, automation workflows, and lightweight services
- Leverage AI capabilities (content generation, data processing, automation, etc.) to continuously improve team productivity and workflows
You will be involved in technical decisions and solution design — not just executing line-by-line requirements.
What we’re looking for
- Senior-level web engineer (5+ years of experience, or clearly equivalent capability)
- Strong web fundamentals and familiarity with modern stacks (React / Next.js / Astro / Vue — stack is flexible)
- Solid Python experience — able to independently build scripts, tools, or simple services
- Strong engineering judgment around code quality, performance, and maintainability; able to push better engineering practices
- Basic spoken English for day-to-day work communication
- High ownership: able to drive progress and deliver results even when requirements are incomplete
- Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)

Role 2: Content Operations
Focus: Children’s content × Aesthetic/art background × AI content generation
Location: Shenzhen (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time
What this role is about
This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of content + product + AI.
You won’t just “produce content”— you will help define what kids see, hear, and learn inside Dex, and build a content system that can scale and evolve.
Your work will center around three areas:
1) Children’s Content Planning & Production
- Produce content for children’s language learning (interactive prompts, stories/tasks, contextual expressions, etc.)
- Turn learning goals into content experiences that kids can understand and actually want to engage with
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to refine content presentation and pacing
2) AI Content Generation & Optimization (Core Skill)
- Deeply use AI tools to generate multimedia content, primarily images and audio
- Design and maintain prompts, rules, and workflows to make outputs more stable and aligned with children’s expression and the brand tone
- Continuously evaluate and iterate content quality — making AI outputs feel more like they come from “a creator who truly understands kids”
- Edit and refine AI-generated outputs using tools like Photoshop or other creative software when needed
3) Content Operations & Quality Control
- Own content quality, style consistency, and child-appropriateness (readability, engagement, guidance style, etc.)
- Build scalable production and management processes — not just a one-time content dump
What we’re looking for
- Background in children’s content / illustration / art / design / education (any one or a combination)
- A solid understanding of how children express themselves, how they learn, and what appeals to them (what attracts them, where they get stuck)
- Strong AI content generation capability: familiar with and willing to deeply use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality
- Proficiency with Photoshop or similar tools for editing and cleanup
- Strong sense of ownership: willing to take long-term responsibility for content outcomes, not just completing tasks
- Basic English for reading and simple communication
- Strong collaborator: able to work with product/design/engineering so content becomes part of the product experience
- Experience with Prompt Engineering or AI workflow design (reusable, iterative systems)

We’re looking for a full-time Operations & Customer Experience Manager to help run the core of the company.
This role sits at the center of the Dex product experience — where customers, operations, and the product all meet. You’ll contribute from day one by owning customer conversations, improving how we support families, and building the processes that allow the company to scale.
This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role. You’ll take real responsibility, solve real problems, and help shape how an AI startup operates behind the scenes. For the right person, this role offers significant growth and long-term opportunity.
What You’ll Own

Own customer conversations end to end, responding to parents with empathy, clarity, and confidence

Actively refine and improve customer response macros over time based on real customer interactions

Use Zendesk to manage tickets, categorize issues, and maintain clean workflows

Use Shopify to investigate orders, shipments, and customer history when resolving issues

Own operational workflows related to returns, exchanges, lost packages, and chargebacks (we’ll teach you Dex’s specific policies)

Design and document repeatable processes so customer and operations issues are handled consistently

What We’re Looking For
