有阿里云镜像站的么， epel 库的 7zip 又失联了

早期通过邮箱反馈过一次，好了一段时间又不行了。

这是镜像站的老毛病了，我们公司之前也有客户时不时这样。那个时候客户那边还没跟我们合作不仅响应时间长还影响业务的部署。
