解决步骤：
1. 关机或重启 Mac 。
2. 按住电源按钮不放，直到进入启动选项界面。
3. 选择进入“恢复模式”。
4. 在恢复环境中打开“启动安全性实用工具”（ Startup Security Utility ）。
5. 选择你的启动磁盘：`Macintosh HD`。
