Kling AI has announced Kling 4.0 for October, with Kling 4.0 Flash now available in early access for Ultra Annual subscribers.

The highlights are:

• Native video generation up to 30 seconds
• Control with up to 10 keyframes
• Omni Reference with up to 15 multimodal references
• Output up to 4K with 10-bit HDR
• Stereo audio, improved lip sync, and video extension

The specifications sound promising, especially for scenes that need more than one action or camera move. What I'd like to see in real tests is how well a character's face, clothing, and props remain consistent throughout a 30-second clip—not just in a short launch demo.

What matters more to you: longer clips, finer keyframe control, or more consistent references?
