大概率是降智+限流了，我也废了好几个号了。解决方案就是退出所有登录，静止 24h 。通常能恢复，但使用量一上去 依旧 限流+降智。

通过 openai 帮助中心检测 gpt 账号是否降智
1.打开 https://help.openai.com/
2.发送：

3.输入检测的 gpt 邮箱

如果是降智的号 会告诉你付费订阅有效也会有相关访问限制

没降智显示：

可以装一个 OpenCode 或 Pi ，通过 ChatGPT 登录，然后随便发一条消息，如果报
