q is a command line tool that allows direct execution of SQL-like queries on CSVs/TSVs (and any other tabular text files).

例如：q -d , "select c1 from ./a.csv where c1 > 300"

看他实现的原理倒不复杂，把输入做成内存数据库，然后调用sqlite执行sql
