svn move 以后提交显示 both sides of the move must be committed together

mvn move local.txt ..\another\dest.txt

然后再提交 就显示
local.txt' because it was moved to ' ..\another\dest.txt' which is not part of the commit,; both sides of the move must be committed together

然后到目标目录下提交也是同样的提示
