@marvinII Yes, you need to download iCloud beta and register a new account.
When it's open to public, you can use your MobileMe account if you had one.

通过iOS5创建的Apple ID 也可以正常访问，现在mail似乎出了些问题，早些时候登录无碍，现在常报错。
