SportyPal 以前WM上不错,现在iPhone,Android上收费iap太多了,变的不好用了.
专业的GPS手表(例如Garmin, Polar),训练计划好麻烦,普通跑跑步用手机方便,也够用了
现在用adidas miCoach,有训练计划,可以设置个目标,身体健康,减肥,减压...自动生成计划,然后自动同步到手机...然后再同步到Google日历...剩下就是跑步了.
