win7 上 vagrant 无法启动，请各位帮忙看看

今天在win7 上安装vagrant 1.7.2, vbox 4.3.26 。使用vagrant up 之后，报如下错误：

搜索好久没能解决 ，求解。

用 google 搜索了一下，很多人碰到过这个问题，貌似还都是非英语国家，所以检查一下你的配置文件和用户名目录等，是否包含了非英语的特珠字符吧。附赠 2 个相关问题的搜索结果，不谢。
