@no13bus 看起来的确很好玩，不过暂时还没有写出过辣么流弊的项目要用到 star 统计的啊。。。

user:pass 加在 url 里这种形式不能认证通过啊，必须用 Authorization: Basic base64 这种形式才行，但是设置 webhook 时没法这么填
