能否把 surge 的配置做成国内外 IP 分流的那种？

APP 是 shadowrocks ，手上有国内外 IP 分流的路由表，尝试写入 surge 配置，但无法连接服务器，一连接就自动断开，不知道是哪里不对，下面是配置文件。
