关于 Android 7.0 的 global captive_server_use_https 设置的默认值

方便运行 adb 的同学能不能看一下这个在你们的 7.0 系统上的输出结果？

adb shell "settings get global captive_portal_use_https"

另外就是，这个设置在 7.0 以下的系统里是否存在？

我这里返回 null, 但是用不支持 https 的 Captive Portal Server (g.cn, connect.rom.miui.com) 会出现感叹号，(204.ustclug.org, http204.sinaapp.com) 正常。

我手动打开了 adb shell "settings put global captive_portal_detection_enabled 1"
原来怎么弄都没有感叹号，当时没有去确认 7.0 下是不是默认关闭的。
