写得有歧义，你就填好附件维修单 e-mail 回过去，电子档和纸邮都有，万无一失

并没有说表格该怎么办，最好像楼上说的两个都有万无一失。不过按照老外的处理办法应该是需要一起邮寄纸质的这样他们收到的时候才知道这个是干什么的

我的理解是括号里的话说的是一个东西，他说得没有歧义，他的意思是他在这封邮件里发给你的 repair and service form 你填好以后跟照相机一起邮寄给他。
