win7 下 python3.6 使用 py2exe 或 pyinstaller 都报 Indexerror： tuple index out of range

打包“ hello world ”也一样，都报错 Indexerror ： tuple index out of range ？，请问是什么问题？谢谢

因为： python 3.6 is not supported yet

3.6 装个 numpy 都报错， 我已经换回 3.5 了
