HttpServletRequestAware 和 HttpServletRequest 注解

项目里看到

public class InitialController implements HttpServletRequestAware {
    @Autowired
    protected HttpServletRequest httpServletRequest;
    ....

}

因为是 springboot 没有配置文件 如果是 spring xml 配置文件的话，会有在 beans.xml 里定义 bean 或者启动 component-scan 但是这里没有，如何理解？
