aws 让我传真账单激活地址

注册了个 aws ，账号地址和账单地址乱填了一个，信用卡也已经扣 1 美元了，结果收到邮件说地址有问题，让我 fax 个自己的账单过去验证一下账号。不知道该怎么办了，我去哪找纸质账单啊，电话、信用卡都是电子账单，再说假如有纸质账单，我发汉字的过去 aws 的人会中文吗

- 1 美金扣款是单纯验证信用卡是否有效
- 靠谱的信用卡通常在商家扣款的时候会验证你填写的账单地址或手机号码，如果不匹配，银行方会拒绝支付
- 如果你用中国的信用卡，填美国的地址， Amazon 的安全机制多半就直接暂停你的 帐号了

@cxbig #1 账单地址验证感觉就像玄学。 Amazon 我是和收获地址共用一个，用英文没问题，但在其它网站就遇到过 charge 失败，需要改成中文地址才行的情况。

至于楼主的问题，你可以联系银行补发纸质账单的。

因为没期望 aws 会从美国给我寄信过来啊，当然我也不是瞎写的字符，写了个 china beijing haidian nanlu 2#，它怎么知道我不在海淀南路啊
不知道为什么国外这么看重 bill address ，中国网上刷卡从来都不要地址的好吧，支付宝绑了 10 张卡也没问我住哪啊

因为是通过银行网关验证你的信用卡地址的，你乱填当然通不过，被认为是黑卡

中国的信用卡也验不出地址来啊。在国外网站随意写账单地址，不影响。
你的问题完全是你连瞎写地址都不会

@silymore 很多国家是通过账单地址来验证信用卡所有权的，特别是网上消费。
国内都是输密码的当然不需要账单地址了，何况国内的地址多乱啊，又不能统一验证。

这个没办法，乱填信用卡地址在国外是很严重的问题，轻了疯账户，重了疯 ip 地址，再严重对方完全有权利相信您这个是偷的卡而报警

@DravenJohnson 去年看过一个新闻是有人用自己的卡但是地址乱写的，买了几个礼品卡送人。结果被认为是 fraud 了，拿到卡的那个人去店里消费的时候直接 casher 报警然后持礼品卡的人被抓。
