windows 上彩色的记事本！

windows 上有没有彩色的记事本，每次拿记事本记录信息都很无奈，不能调字体颜色，背景颜色，我不想用 word，有没有好的软件实现这个小功能，类似手机上的便签就好呀，windows 自带的便签好丑！

现在用 the guide，可以自定义字体颜色。
