求上海移动的朋友测下出口速度

目前是联通宽带，感觉高峰期连自己 vps 的速度太慢了。想知道移动会不会好些，有没有上海移动宽带的朋友帮我测一下？
两个方式，一种是一个 100M 的文件 https://bityrion.zapto.org:9993/100m.bin
或者有 iperf3 的朋友用 iperf3 测一下：
iperf3 -4 -c bityrion.zapto.org -p 9995

香港今晚上不知道怎么回事，我是山东移动的，到 CMHK 网内能通，其他的从香港出网的彻底不通了。

@xgfan 想确认下你这个是移动宽带吗？

目前自己的联通宽带高峰期能稳定在 500Kbps,深夜能上 7Mbps

是的，上海移动。半个上海移动把，有线通还是什么来着。（小区没有移动线路，交钱给移动，有线通上门安装，拨号也是移动号码，出口也是移动

虽然只有 20M，但是可以多拨，出口也还不错的，起码阿里云香港，vultr 日本和新加坡表现都还挺好的。

今晚上移动炸了，不知道出啥事了，我也很茫然，这还是头一回遇见这等事情。
我山东移动的，从移动香港出去的连接一概连不通，但是从上海或者北京出去的连接是可以连通的，速度都可以。
移动香港出啥事了？或者是说香港出啥事了？（因为我看 Hk cable 也慢了）
