什么来源的网页后缀会带有 groupmessage&isappinstalled=

最近发现很多来源网页地址后缀带有“ groupmessage&isappinstalled=” 这个究竟是什么来源会自动加上这个后缀？

朋友圈 from=timeline&isappinstalled=0
微信群 from=groupmessage&isappinstalled=0
好友分享 from=singlemessage&isappinstalled=0

@zibuyu 有些情况下也不包含 isappinstalled 参数
