以前我用联通有公网 IP 时，ip 段查询是显示是属于“中国联通 xx 省因特网提供者”

结合这个注释，我很怀疑你根本不是公网地址啊。

@hlz0812 ping 不通，以前公网 ip 的时候，用群晖 quick connect 后直接跳转到实际 ip: 群晖 upnp 的端口，现在就不行，必须通过群晖服务器转发
