Virtual instances - New York Intermittent connectivity issues: nodes v201-v210 9 hours ago We are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues in New York (affected nodes: v201-v210) due to malfunctioning router. New router had arrived in the datacenter and is currently being set up. It will be put in operation in the next 48 hours - this will completely resolve connectivity issues.
As of this time all services are up, there is no packet loss.
20:24 PST Update: New router was put in place and old one decommissioned. We will be closely monitoring our network for any irregularities and will take action if needed.

Generally we do not offer IP changes. If you like, we can change the IP for you (as an exception), however due to the manual work involved, we would have to bill $8.00 for this service. Your VPS will be assigned a new IP address from the available pool.
