find my android， Android Device Manager 无法工作怎么解决？

第二代 nokia 6 升级到 oreo8.0.0，登陆 play store 以后，play store 使用正常，但是 Android Device Manager 里面没有这么一个设备，原因是因为系统里面阉割了部分功能？

另外，里面的 google assistant 里的 ok google detection 处于灰色状态，无法激活，但是 assistant 可以正常使用，怎么破？
