谁有用过 vultr？知道流量是怎么算的？

这不是按小时算得？那岂不是可以随意换 ip ？而且流量不是最低有 500G，如果我购买第一天使用了 500G，就销毁。第二天重新购买一个 500G，是不是又 500G 流量？还是说 500G 就算上一台用完了？

那如果我第一天买 500G 并用光，但是不销毁，第二天再买 500G 或 1t，那肯定是独立算的？那第二天把第二台也用光。第三天全部销毁。那岂不是才花几毛钱？
