Job title: Sr. Advisor, Project management

Location: Xiamen

Responsibilities:

Deliver service to internal projects including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring or project execution
Manage resource planning, allocation and cost control
Provide support and relevant documentation for S.D.S. program
Communication with regional/global cross- functional leaders
Organize and attend meeting to report progress and resolve any project related issues
Ensure the project milestones / deliverable to be completed on time and meet the quality standard
Ensure the end-to-end delivery to meet the project timeline
OSP management: Engage and collaborate with outsource partner to achieve business target
Requirement:

Degree holder
At least 4 years of working experience and 1 year of project management experience
Strong presentation skills
Holder of professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 certified . Practitioner will be an advantage
Good leadership and coordination skills to manage the project team
Able to work independently and work under pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both oral and written English
