Chrome 无法正确显示 emoji 表情

chrome 的 emoji 表情都是黑白的还有些直接是方块，有办法和火狐一样显示 emoji 表情吗

目前了解到火狐有 Twemoji Mozilla 这个字体来显示 emoji

什么系统？我在 Windows 10 上是可以显示的，难道要操作系统支持？
