Hiring: IT Specialist/Senior IT Specialist – Loan Management

Responsibilities:

1. The ability to lead the delivery of solutions to support loan management business processes.
Manage the entire lifecycle of system changes from requirements acquisition and definition, solution research and design, project scope definition, procurement, implementation, and maintenance, with the support of the service provider, in order to meet business requirements and minimize technical and operational risks.
2. Manage the operations of developed systems with the support of service providers, including development, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, problem-solving, business continuity, and back-end security.
3. Identify potential project and technical risks, recommend and implement appropriate mitigation measures and escalate risks as appropriate.
4. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation involving business requirements, installation, configuration, testing, upgrade, migration and maintenance procedure.
5. Corporate with internal control, IT security and risk management teams to maintain highly secure systems through appropriate configuration and system access monitoring.
6. Ensure that processes in accordance with IT governance processes and procedures as well as the audit and control requirements.
7. Manage suppliers which include purchasing, contracts, project plans and schedules, budgets and risks.

Requirements:
1. At least 5-8 years with relevant IT experience or equivalent for IT specialists and at least 8-10 years with relevant IT experience or equivalent for senior IT specialists.
2. With delivery experience in programming languages (Java, etc.). Experience in mobile application development is preferred.
3. Get familiar with the loan operation business process (loan payment, billing, etc.).
4. Has rich project management, business analysis, supplier management skills.
5. SDLC experience. Experience in global financial services companies is a plus.
6. Familiar with loan area and implementation experience (Loan IQ) for major product packages in the market.
7. Ability to clearly understand internal customer needs and incorporate them into procedures and solutions.
8. Manage enterprise project, business analysis, supplier management, project risk management, communication and other aspects of the reliable record.
9. Good interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and cross-business participation skills, including senior management.
10. An excellent guide, with a strong personality and relationship management capabilities; Ability to communicate, influence and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver solutions successfully.
11. Must be fluent in both oral as well as written English.
12. Master degree or above in related major from a prestigious university.
