不用付费开发者账号的（免费的一样可以）

而且 iPadOS 这些需要 “ Installation requires macOS 10.15 beta or Xcode 11 beta. Install via iTunes.”

@haogefeifei 目前不知道，应该是可以的吧，我现在正在刷 iOS 13 感觉速度有点慢，相比以前的 OTA 升级来说。

我的是（前）开发者账号 n 年没续费的那种。。。难道就是这区别造成的？
也有可能是很久以前单独的免费的 Safari 开发者 program 造成的

很尴尬啊……先更新了 macos 到 10.15 ，然后发现更新 iOS13 要用 iTunes。但是 10.15 找不到装 iTunes 的地方……难受
