有信号,短信电话都不行。
向客服问了下得到如下回复
`Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email.
We are sorry to know that you cannot send messages on your phone.
Please note that our network is being upgraded to improve data speeds and calls for 4G LTE devices. However, this is going to affect older devices without 4G LTE, and some of them will only be able to connect to 2G data speeds, and in some cases they may have issues with calls. Moreover, LM SIM cards will not work on AT & T unlocked phones. We advise to use 2G in older devices in order to prevent any issue with the line.
Kindly follow the settings below in your handset and check.
For IOS: Go to Carrier>Disable the Automatic> Choose LYCAMOBILE or T-Mobile>Restart the phone
For Android: Go to Settings>Mobile Networks/Cellular Networks>Network Operator>Search Network Manually>Choose LYCAMOBILE or T-Mobile>Restart the phone
Kindly make sure that you have the correct message center number on your phone. It should be +14054721490.
If issue persists, kindly try to check your SIM card on a different handset and provide the details below for further investigation.`
按照上面所说的尝试无果...打算等几天看看。
PS.在国内我的卡只能选择联通 2G/3G 和移动 2G 但是都不出去短信和电话,也收不到。
