国际版 premium 账户突然被 evernote 删除,资料全没

1 使用好多年, 一直通过自己 visa 信用卡自动扣费. 2 昨天发一个工单让帮忙开启"Developer Tokens",回复告诉已经开通,然后突然发现账户被退出, 登录提示不存在 3 已经找客服,还没有回应,感觉应该被工作人员误操作删除, 突然发现在线笔记也很不保险

找到推特上 evernote 客服支持,终于有点眉目
"Thank you for this. I was able to pull up the account that you've had with us since 2010. I do see that this account was inadvertently closed. I'm working with our Technical Team now in terms of recovering this account. Do you mind if I reach out to you here shortly with an update?
