高级 Java 技术专家

岗位职责:
o 与产品经理、客户团队和设计人员协作以执行改进事项或新的应用
o 在系统架构决策中发挥主要作用
o 进行设计和代码审查以确保其符合标准
o 确保遵守所需的持续改进措施以满足质量 /上市时间的市场需求
o 在 Agile 团队内部或跨 Agile 团队分享最佳实践和改进流程，并指导初级开发人员
任职资格:
o 具有 Java/JS 开发经验，及分布式系统工作经验
o 有开发大型企业和 MVC Web 应用程序的经验
o 具有微服务架构经验，有实际设计系统的经历
o 有处理性能优化，维护和故障排除的经验
o 具有处理大型数据和数据库以及处理不同数据库的数据一致性的经验
o 丰富的数据结构和算法经验
o 较强的问题解决能力
o 能够做到准时部署，并且在动态快节奏的环境中工作


资深架构师
Qualifications
o Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or related
o At least 8 years’ experience to build enterprise system
o Experience with object-oriented programming and expert in Java or other languages
o Experience design and building large scale services, and operating experiences
o Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
o Familiar on AWS, Spring framework
Preferred
o Experience from e-commerce, O2O industry
o Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
o Expertise in leading the delivery of large-scale services for complex business offerings
o Fluent in English speaking and writing
o Expertise knowledge of TTI and latency
o Geo, logistic development experience is plus

Qualifications:
o 10 years experiences in IT industry
o Solid Experience in design and architect in e-commerce industry
o Solid experiences in JVM, Web development, data base, multi-thread, distribution system, cache, and messaging service.
o Solid experiences in performance tuning
o Passionate in e-commerce and have a clear understanding about the common pain points and general solutions.
o Solid knowledge and comprehensive understanding about algorithm, design pattern and common used framework
o Architectural thinking tracked record in building / rearchitecting the large distributed system and launched successfully.
o Deep understanding for different DB Solution, cache policy
o Solid ability to analysis the complex business requirement and simplify with scalable tech solution.

资深全栈工程师
职位要求：
- 精通前端， 对后端有兴趣，愿意做全栈。
- 精通 Javascript/HTML5/CSS3. 熟悉页面架构和布局，熟悉 JQuery 等
- 精通至少一种目前流行的前端框架, 例如 React, Vue，了解 ES6,ES7 最新特性
- 熟悉前端测试框架，例如 Jasmine，Jest, Mocha 等
- 熟悉前端工程化工具：Webpack，Gulp，Babel 等
- 熟悉各种前端工具（ Firebug，Fiddler，Postman，Web developer tools 等

要求：
o 至少 5-8 年以上安卓 app 开发经验
o 产品有在 Google Play 或国内 app store 上线经验, 最好该产品目前仍可供下载
o 洞悉现有系统的瓶颈并且能够做出前瞻性的架构调整或者重构
o 精通安卓平台，熟悉各 UI 组件( Activity/Fragment/Views/Layout), 事件处理，网络通信及内存 /电池效率
o 熟知 MVP/MVVM 等设计模式，有 RxJava 经验者优先
o 有调用 RESTful JSON API 的经验

资深 /首席搜索算法工程师
岗位职责:
1. 搭建多种信号并实现排名算法。
2. 设计 A / B 测试及指标。 并依据 A / B 测试的结果调整排名算法。
3. 通过分析查询和产品数据，了解哪种算法适用于哪组查询并相应地进行改进。
4. 与团队紧密合作，设计和实现面向实体的搜索算法。

基本任职资格:
1. 计算机科学，计算机工程或相关专业的学士学位
2. 3 年以上的数据结构，基础算法和系统设计的相关工作
3. 4 年以上 Java，C / C ++或 Python 编程经验
4. 2 年以上的信息检索 /搜索 /推荐系统相关的实践经验
5. 2 年以上大数据平台及并行计算的实践经验，如 Hadoop，Spark
加分项:
1. 大数据平台和并行计算方面的经验，如 Hadoop，Spark
