我buyvm的vps数据是丢失了 还是被清空

大概是今天下午3点过都还登陆了vps的，结果刚刚再登陆发现连接不上。然后ping测试了一下 全部不通，登陆后台查看 发现了这个

应该没有违规的，之前就放了一个cms，违规也应该是删除我的vps吧。。。
我查看邮件，也没有相关的邮件

BuyVM的宕机和Data lost已经不是第一次了,好像总出问题,不过近期还没有看到有谁在网上说这个的,可能刚出的问题吧.
所以一般需要做好备份
