mac os 下的 curl 问题求指教

在 mac 下用终端 curl www.baidu.com 一直报错误
curl: (7) Couldn't connect to server， 但是如果加上 sudo 给权限却可以正常运行，不知有没有大佬遇到过这种情况，求指教！！！
