This role is a key member of Silot product team, potentially responsible for a Silot product, needs to work remotely with Silot international teams. The location is in Shanghai.
该职位是 Silot 产品团队的关键成员，负责 Silot 产品，需要远程与 Silot 国际团队合作。工作地点在上海。

Responsibilities
职责
⁃ Manage the full lifecycle of a product: from research until deliver, and iterations
管理产品的整个生命周期: 从研究直到交付及迭代
⁃ Do the research, analytics to build the strategy
负责产品战略相关的产品调研
⁃ Be a key member of the product team, review the result and set strategy with the team
做为产品团队的关键成员，分析产品并与团队制定产品战略
⁃ Work closely with the operation/BD teams to review the result & feedback of the product
与运营 /商务团队紧密合作，分析产品的使用结果和用户反馈
⁃ Work closely with the dev team to build and test the product
与开发团队紧密合作，进行产品的开发和测试

Requirements

⁃ 2+ years of internet product management experience
2 年以上的互联网产品管理经验
⁃ Strong communication ability

⁃ Strong business sense
商业意识强
⁃ Fluent English
英语流利
⁃ Bachelor’s degree above
全日制本科以上学历，985 ／ 211 院校优先
⁃ Tech/Design working experience is a plus
有技术 /设计相关的工作经验优先
⁃ FinTech related working experience is a plus
有金融科技相关的工作经验优先
