关于外区 Apple ID 不允许非该地区用户使用，是否有政策或协议依据？

经常有人分享、讨论外区苹果账号被封，总能看到有人传达出“XX 区 ID 不允许非 XX 区用户使用”等此类说法。

翻了苹果官网硬件、软件、互联网服务的各个协议，都没有发现有提到此类政策，最多只看到有关争议仲裁所在地的问题。

如果确实苹果有此类政策 /规定 /协议，请问一下能否求个链接或指引个方向？

应该是协议的交易主体：

@alfchin 感谢，这一段我也有看到，包括不同地区的版本。但好像都没有提到禁止或者指定了不真实的账户所在地就不提供服务。

大意就是，协议中都只提及了常规正向的表达。并没有提到其他非正常甚至反向的情况。

例如国区协议描述中，也没有提到如果一个非中国或于中国纳税的人如果其注册了中国大陆的 ID，有可能会无法使用服务等这样的描述。
