13 英寸，2020，四个 Thunderbolt 3 端口 公司的电脑，全新，刚用了 3 个月不到，昨天看还是 22.9 、32.9，现在多了 0.2T 了

内存小且高占用的话电脑会频繁 swap，这和是不是 M1 没关系，只是 M1 的 swap 更严重点。而且这最伤的也就是 ssd，但是 ssd 什么时候坏本来就挺随机的，没什么好担心的。一劳永逸的办法就是换大内存或者换机频繁点。

本来就是 mac os 对 swap space 的使用过于激进导致的，又不是 m1 导致的。只是 m1 好像吸引了很多以前没用过 mac 的新用户，他们才觉得是 m1 的问题。
