Rust 突发开源治理危机， Moderation Team 集体辞职

Rust Moderation Team 集体辞职了！ Andrew Gallant 在 GitHub 上发布离职信，并称 Rust Moderation Team 集体辞职，多位成员评论确认此事属实，目前正在办理离职。

为什么会 Rust Moderation Team 会集体辞职呢？ Andrew Gallant 在辞职信中称：“此次辞职是为了抗议 Core Team 自己放在一个除了自己之外不对任何人负责的位置上。由于这种组织结构的不合理，我们无法按照社区对我们的期望和我们对自己的要求来执行《 Rust 行为准则》。在这种情况下离开，我们深感悲痛，并向所有被我们辜负的人道歉。我们认识到，从 Rust 治理角度来看，我们对此现状无能为力，除了离职别无选择。”

同时，Andrew Gallant 也对 Rust 社区的未来建设提出了几点建议：

我们建议 Rust 团队成员能够就 Core Team 的监督程序达成共识。目前，只有 Core Team 是只对自己负责，其它 Rust 团队都不是这样；
为了避免这种不负责任的现象长期存在，我们建议接替 Moderation Team 的人是非 Core Team 的 Rust 团队成员；
我们建议未来的 Moderation Team 在听取了 Rust 团队成员的建议后，主动决定如何更好地处理和发现 Rust 团队成员之间的矛盾冲突，我们建议团队可以与基金会合作，以获得专业调解资源。
此外，虽然与此次事件无关，但根据我们多年来的经验，Moderation Team 要特别注意保持团队的健康规模和多样性。这是一项吃力不讨好的任务，我们没有尽最大努力去招募新成员。

Rust Moderation Team 集体辞职的消息，在 Reddit 上引发了广泛的讨论。Moderation Team 团队成员 mattieum 进一步解释称：“Core Team 免于被监督，本质上是一种未定义的行为。Rust 治理文件从未明确声明任何团队将对 Core Team 进行监督，也从未声明 Moderation Team 不应追究 Core Team 成员的责任。”也正是这种“未定义行为”导致了这一次的 Rust 治理危机。

贴子看了一大半我也没弄明白到底 Mod Team 为什么辞职，如果单纯因为 COC 中没有对 Core Team 的监督条款，那么在 Mod Team 成立之初就该解决这个问题；现在 Mod Team 突然辞职，只能猜测是积怨已久，但是 Mod Team 还不肯解释清楚为什么辞职

It's obvious why saying something is useful. But why not just let it all out? No. That's irresponsible. Deeply deeply irresponsible.
