windows 安装 commitizen 使用命令弹出窗口问题

在 windows 安装了 nodejs 安装 commitizen 但是使用 git cz 命令出现和网上不一样的结果,并没有选项,而是下面的

如果想要用 angular 格式还要装 cz-conventional-changelog 然后配置.czrc 文件才行，嫌麻烦就直接装 git-cz 吧什么都不需要配
