As a Project Management Office (PMO), you will be part of a team that create modern Mobile Testing management system for enterprise organizations. You will be managing international R&D team in collaboration with Development teams, Quality Assurance team, Functional Architect, Product Manager and Project Manager. The ideal candidate should have experience with complex project organization and Agile development process, and a very good communication across several Business groups and departments.
Responsibilities and main job tasks:

Responsible for UFT Mobile releases management, including:
- Planning,
- Integration synchronization,
- Execution tracking,
- Convergence & Stabilization,
- Risk Management,
- Enterprise readiness tasks (PCOE, Security, Pen lab, G11N, SaaS, etc.)

Serve as PMO of UFT Mobile R&D group focusing on:
- Agile methodology,
- RnD efficiency,
- Development processes,
- Continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Computer Science or relevant majors,
- Excellent English communication capabilities (verbal and writing),
- Minimum 3 years of project or program management experiences,
- Experience in Agile methodology implementation/usage, e.g. Scrum, Kanban or SAFe,
- Good analytical skills and presentation skills,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and team Player,
- Personal skills: Independent worker, thinks outside the box, presentable, fast learner,
- Ability to present your plans and sell your solutions to various stakeholders,
