公司怎么样？里面的同事大多是互联网大厂出来的，也有很大比例的海归。学历、工作经历都拿得出手。是外企，所以对英语有一定要求，不过主要是书面的文档，要讲英语的场合很少，创始团队也大部分会说中文。加班文化比互联网公司要好很多，比那些待遇低的外企要忙，不是很闲，但是你抓紧点做完也不用加班。

我们组 tech platform 在急招！组是做一些基础服务：账户管理、用户登陆管理、搜索、网关、通知的服务等等，有业务上的“基础服务”，也有一些技术上的“基础服务”，团队技术能力很不错。

======================我们组的职位介绍============================ Responsibilities：

Java 8 is a programming language. It cooperates with a senior technical team to develop the company's core tech platform to support companies' various payment products and transaction systems.

Qualifications:

More than 3 years of experience in Java backend application development; At least 2 years of experience in Internet application / large financial system/e-commerce or other large distributed / cloud-based platform development; Bachelor's degree in computer science and related majors; Experience with distributed databases or storage systems for example Cassandra/Redis/NoSQL is preferred; Experience in the development of an international settlement system is preferred; Proficient in Java 8, familiar with Java multi-threading, high concurrency, IO / NIO, network communication, etc .; Familiar with commonly used design patterns; Familiar with Spring / Spring Boot; Familiar with HTTP protocol and RESTful specifications.
