pve 创建的虚机自己不断重启

创建了两个虚机（ ubuntu 系统），没有做任何直通的配置，两个虚机都在不断重启。但是在 pve 控制台看不到重启日志，在虚机内通过 uptime 命令可以看到重启过，通过 last -x shutdown reboot 命令也可看到有多次重启
